• Launch from a new domain/subdomain with correct authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Warm the domain gradually to build a positive sender reputation.
• Segment the new list to protect deliverability and maximize relevance.

What I did

• Email design & build: responsive HTML/CSS, lightweight images, accessible typography, clear hierarchy and CTA.
• Domain setup: coordinated DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), bounce/feedback settings, dedicated from-address convention.
• Warming plan: gradual send-volume ramp (low volume → controlled increases), pauses for reputation checks, monitoring with seed tests and delivery reports.
• Segmentation
• QA & compliance: multi-client tests (desktop/mobile), alt-text, plain-text version, legal footer & unsubscribe, link tracking.
